The paper by the author from Zelinsky Institute was included in the list of the most cited works from Russia in a prestigious international journal

ACS Catalysis is one of the most prestigious journals of the American Chemical Society, the leading publisher of research in chemistry. In its latest issue, ACS Catalysis has published a note on the most cited articles from various countries, such as Russia, Belgium, Brazil, and Austria. For 10 years of the journal's existence, authors from each of these countries have published more than 50 articles in ACS Catalysis, and Russia ranks 19th among all countries in the world in terms of the number of works published in it.
The most cited article by authors from Russia, Belgium, Brazil and Austria is a review “Nickel: The “Spirited Horse” of Transition Metal Catalysis”. Its author is Valentine P. Ananikov — Academician, Head of Laboratory № 30 of Zelinsky Institute.
